Nested away from the eyes of the neighbours, at the back finish of a plot, this 2 degree house frames the surrounding views and encourages a dynamic and versatile residing. The social location is really connected to the outside via massive panels of glass which replace the walls and can be entirely opened when needed. The residence is nicely-lit and ventilated. Several patios, a lounge pool region and a beautiful garden serve as outdoor recreation spots for the residents.
“The home has been created with a roof of structural laminated wood supported by steel and exposed concrete structures. This roof is the element that integrates the complete layout and composition of the property. The steel structure that supports it also defines and moderates the scale of the diverse spaces of the house.” The dwelling comprises 2 floors, each and every with diverse functions. First floor homes the social location while the 2nd floor accommodates the bedrooms and bathrooms. The 2 floors characteristics terraces and visually connect to the gardens.
