From the Architects:
The geometry is solved by means of a easy S-shaped folded wall that allows the residence to be opened to the front and rear façade, closing on its sides above and under alternatively to develop the diverse areas of the layout. The proper corner of the front, with a 6-meter projecting roof, consists of the pedestrian access and room for parking the autos. To the rear façade, the sitting space, dining space and kitchen are integrated, followed by a huge gallery that connects them to appreciate the views onto the garden, the pool and the lagoon that is behind the lot. The ground floor is completed with a examine, a toilet and the service area: laundry, pantry, storage room, bedroom and bathroom.
The upper floor, such as the master suite, the music space and 3 bedrooms with the respective support rooms, opens the views onto the setting and is complemented by a massive terrace on the side.
