Children’s Rooms with a Jewish Touch

When I finish assisting Ariel with the downstairs of their “new/old” property I will be heading upstairs to operate on the children’;s rooms. (Here is where the actual fun starts!) Moussia and Zelda are sharing a area and Yosef has his very own and although we’;ll be making use of the duvet covers from their old rooms which will set the tone they will nonetheless need paint, rugs, and equipment.

I located some actually cute objects that will give the rooms some Jewish flair, like…

these vinyl hebrew letters for the wall—so cute for the playroom.

this hebrew alphabet poster would appear great in Yosef’;s room.

or perhaps a vintage poster from Israel? Or this 1?

There are so a lot of cute mezuzahs for young children on the marketplace…I adore the left a single for the girl’;s area and of course the rocket ship for a boy’;s.

Exact same goes for tzedakah boxes…I have often loved this globe.

Fun colored Netilat Yadayim cups are cute for the morning ritual of washing.

This quote, from the Friday evening Shabbat prayer seems to be so wonderful with big variety and framed for a ladies space.

Zelda in fact got a set of these gorgeous blocks for Chanukah (thanks Aunt Lisa!) and I will integrate them on a shelf.

These wood letters (under) are so colorful and fun…and a wonderful way to teach your child how to spell their Hebrew title! Or, (above) quite in pink.

Until then, there is a good deal of painting going on downstairs…the reveals to come quickly!
