Found close to the Arousa estuary, in the Northwest of Spain, this exciting hunting residence was cleverly developed and implemented by Iñaki Leite. Dezanove Home stands out due to the use of recycled wood from the neighborhood fishing industry. “Bateas” are wooden platforms employed for the mussel production industry in the region. Ahead of currently being sent to recycling- typically for vineyards or gardening- the wood is exposed to the sea and coastal climate for more than 25 many years. This is the initial time ever when architects treated and halved the materials in order to create 2 genuine wood textures, suited for both the exterior and interior of the home.
No matter what the standpoint, this exquisite seaside home has a lot to offer in terms of layout creativity. In accordance to the architects, the higher vitality rating (A) was attained “with a complicated ventilation system layout, substantial insulation, reduced system’s consumption, use of huge south-dealing with glass surfaces mixed with versatile use of solar safety components“.
