This modern day farmhouse on Vancouver’s Ripple Road was imagined by Kelly Deck Design as having an open layout, exactly where performance and elegance meet to form social spaces. With this undertaking, the crew created their first farmhouse-inspired home with a masculine vibe current via the held-back colours used all through. This lovely West Vancouver residence balances respect for old traditions and choices of present day comfort. A relaxed environment spreads over the open spaces: living room, dining area, open kitchen, they all shape a vibrant homey come to feel.
The kitchen showcases white oak cabinet doors with recessed steel hardware below all-natural light, hiding each the fridge and the pantry. This allows the centerpiece- a 5 feet wide and 11 feet prolonged kitchen island dressed in dark- stained oak – to compose a melodramatic contrast with the rest of the area. Spreading over 800 square feet, the master bathroom on the upper floor is strictly tied to the contemporary farmhouse idea, gathering each elegance and interpretation of raw farm aspects. A chandelier hanging more than the free-standing bathtub contrasts the barn door in a fun, subtle way. Linked to the master bedroom, this light-filled room resembles European spas and prepares the owners for a resting rest. This property is dipped in comfort and served fresh – a scrumptious blend!
