Sunny Side Residence residence was specifically created by Wallflower Architecture for a household of 5. This venture in Singapore came with its several challenges, as the extended and narrow web site required to be adjusted to the socializing needs of the inhabitants. By accepting and retaining the small scale of the bedrooms, a welcoming cozy atmosphere was achieved. Additionally, the interiors get a substantial amount of organic light and are better ventilated.
The initial level was entirely committed to family bonding. A generously-sized kitchen and dining area with substantial windows appears to defy the neighboring small spaces. The 2nd degree is the bedroom box with the interiors organized in a row along the outer edge. Pivoting wooden screens handle visual privacy and can be manually angled to modify for individual preferences. The leading floor hosts the entertaining spaces, where the loved ones enjoys viewing football league matches. [Photography by Marc Tey]
