Reality is, the former was sold following a slight refurbishment: the new owner hid the meticulously restored brick masonry underneath a layer of artificial brickwork with plastic and put in a shower cabin with hydro-massage instead of sanitary porcelain by Duravit (“1930” line).
But, the architect’s injured feelings had been entirely healed by the 2nd project. The space was really breathtaking: 250 m², 2 ranges, 9-meter-high ceilings in some components of the flat – all that gave area for implementing Peter’s favored factors – mezzanines.
