Eye-catching layout of the CSC Residence located in Santa Catarina, Mexico produced by MMX studio. There is a lot more after the jump:

From the Architects:

This task was previously shown when it was under development, now we current the end result of the initial house. The web site is organized and divided in response to the pre-current. Of these, the most important is a large tree positioned at the center of the plot. This component defines the position and path of the volumes. The outside spaces revolve about the tree as the axis, they construction the ground that defines the proposal at a variety of scales. The subdivision of the website displays a technique of fragmentation in 2 directions. In one course, the slope is divided into platforms that adapt to the topography creating spaces at various levels. In the other course, the platforms produced are subdivided to generate independent spaces for 3 housing units, whose certain geometry arises from the connection amongst the object, the modification of the quick territory and the environment. The position of the volumes is defined by the platforms of the site. The orientation responds to solar incidence and views of the beautiful landscape. The geometry and form of the volumes is the outcome of various spatial dynamics of the plan, contained by a reinterpretation of conventional buildings with gabled roofs. As a result, the form of the houses represents the synthesis of programmatic variations in dialogue with the geographical and constructive conditions of the location.
