Casa Piscucha is a undertaking completed in 2012 by Cincopatasalgato.
It is positioned in Los Sueños, Santa Tecla, El Salvador, and has a spacious and airy interior.
Casa Piscucha by Cincopatasalgato:
“Set atop of a hill in San Salvador, the environmentally aware homeowners of La Piscucha desired a residence that felt like a trip home, with touches of modern day but sophisticated design and style. La Piscucha was created with a series of decks organized close to a central patio for the entertainment area. Major rooms of the home have been also oriented to maximize the effect of the view of San Salvador.
The living area, for example, is connected to every area, opens up as a terrace and overlooks the mountains and the Pacific Ocean. Effortless green design and style ideas had been integrated, including floor to ceiling windows for natural light and cross ventilation, water treatment for the sewage, and a separate treatment for the rainwater, lead lighting with connections for the installation of solar panels, and use of wood for the concrete pouring was reused for paneling outside the primary bedroom.
Last touch: the roof was designed to give the residence a “ready to fly” really feel.”First Level
