From the Architect:

Found on a long, thin great deal surrounded by rice fields, this mixed residence and puppy salon has a symbolic form that turns the building itself into a signal for the business. The dog salon occupies the part of the developing adjacent to the primary road, with bathrooms and kitchen in the center so as to be very easily accessed from each the store and the residence, although the family’s relaxation room? the living and dining space? is located even more in the direction of the back. Because the line of sight extends unbroken from the shop entrance back by way of the garden, the space feels bigger than it truly is. The architects kept both cost and space underneath control with functions such as concrete floors and plywood ceilings, although nevertheless generating a relaxed, open home.
