“On an exposed hillside, the plot is positioned as a solitary element. The large backyard merges into the surrounding fields.

The principal physique of the creating consists of 2 offset factors projecting above the slope to the north and south. A higher and open area is developed in between the aspects as a result of their horizontal movement, forming the entrance and central opening.

The constructing, parallel to the street, consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. The front terrace provides direct entry to the garden location and pool.

In the south-facing developing is the youngsters and guest spot. North of the cantilever structure is the master bedroom with a terrace at the front.

The major construction of the reduced region is developed as a reinforced concrete development. The floor construction rests on columns and is reinforced with a steel frame construction.

The facades of the primary framework of the creating are preassembled with floor to ceiling glass. The noticeable exterior walls of the base are partly covered with Portuguese limestone. The roof is developed as a roof membrane, the protruding location in the north covers the entrance spot.

Inside dominate light colours and top quality materials. The fireplace with a concrete block accent the open living room. The open staircase performs as a 2-level layout and as a result connects all locations of the residence. On the 1st floor is a 40m2 spa with jacuzzi and dressing room, combining these 2 functions and giving a great view.”
