Australian architect Nicholas Gurney created the Mighty Mouse apartment.
Finished in 2013, this small apartment of only 290 square feet (27 sqm) is located in Woolloomooloo, a harbourside, inner-city eastern suburb of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.

“The redesign of a 27sqm studio apartment in Sydney’s, Woolloomooloo. The project is an exercising in modest, reduced cost, very good high quality style that can be afforded. The micro apartment gives a proposal for future large-density urban residing for one particular man or woman families the fastest developing demographic.
The colour palette of black, yellow and red is borrowed from the small fictional character Mighty Mouse and is utilized to demarcate area. It was required that, considerably like Mighty Mouse, the apartment punch properly over its size.”
