Mews Home by TG-STUDIO:
“The 3 storey terraced mews residence was formerly employed as an office creating ahead of our consumer Mike Penn purchased it in 2012. Mike, a properly-recognized vogue/portrait/ horse photographer (“Best Horses in The World”), asked TG Studio to transform the creating into his London property and studio workplace. Now the accommodation comprises: ground floor, studio/office space with cloakroom and guest bedroom with en-suite 1st floor, massive total width entertaining area featuring kitchen, dining and living region second floor, huge master bedroom with en-suite and stroll in wardrobe. The house was stripped down to its structural walls and roof, and reinstated as a new present day house. All of the external walls and roof have been insulated and all windows and doors replaced. Some of the windows have been extended to the floor with external Juliet balconies. TG Studio were also responsible for the comprehensive furnishings for the mews house.
In the first floor living room the oak floorboards carry on up the finish wall and finish at a lighting feature which adds to the illusion of h7 2 of the windows had been replaced by French doors. A window casing out of strong oak was fitted to emphasise the new thickness and solidity of the external walls. The Tv unit is a TG-Studio bespoke layout made for the consumer.

The consumer wished a massive stroll-in wardrobe and spacious bedroom which was achieved on the second floor. The master bedroom functions a bespoke bed produced for the client by TG-Studio.
Clever layout design and style underneath the sloping roof allowed for the building of a 5 metre prolonged walk-in wardrobe and shelving. The clever use of mirror emphasises the sleek design and style.
New York retro meets luxurious Fitzrovia in the master bathroom. TG-Studio have picked standard bevelled white tiles and mixed them with a lavish arabascato marble, matt black lacquer and grey basalt stone alongside an exposed brick wall. The bathroom fittings are a standard English style complimenting the freestanding bath.
