The ground floor room is used principally as a playroom for billiards and as a media space, but also includes a kitchenette, sauna, wine cellar and mechanical spaces tucked into the back of the framework towards the sloping landscape.

A large terrace is situated off the ground floor, which acts as an “outdoor room” for children’s activities with planned access to a potential dock for boating, swimming and family members gatherings. The residence has also has been developed for the addition of a long term elevator.

The home is made to be cost-effective the 2 in construction and servicing akin to the traditional present day Case Examine Houses of the final century.
