An Apartment in Belgrade by Aleksandar Savikin:
“The apartment is positioned in a building that was developed by the same author so it was a fantastic pleasure to design this kind of a space. The function is marked by the superb cooperation with the consumer who is identified in a notion of an open area and all even more cooperation in interior design runs smoothly. Special interest in the style of the apartment is devoted to obtaining as several zones in a widespread area as feasible the place a single could devote free of charge time.

The lower level consists of a huge widespread living room location (zone 1) , dining space (Zone 2) , a kitchen with a bar ( zone 3) and terrace (zone 4) . From this spot the stairs lead to the upper degree in the location of “winter garden” from which there is access to a massive terrace.
At this degree there is a large entrance wardrobe and a toilet as nicely as a guest room with a stroll-in closet and a bathroom.

2 ambiental components have been designed in this region – a single at the bar with large stools positioned by the kitcenette, which can be transformed into a flat surface after the unique tap is inserted inside the sink that is, in flip, covered by a board. Such a surface can be used for placing a laptop on or basically for sipping a glass of wine taken from the wine fridge (zone 5) . The second ambient consists of 2 “shell chairs” with a mini library and it is an spot for relaxation in relaxed seats, reading through, speaking (zone 6).
Massive terrace (Zone 6), which is available from all rooms on the upper level is surrounded by jardinière with a variety of greenery. Jardinière is at the same time a bench beneath which is run a hidden LED strip to illuminates the terrace. There is also comfortable outside furnishings on the terrace, a sun bed, garden parasols and a shower.
Bricks are a motif that runs along both amounts and connecting them. With its powerful texture and dark shade it gives a good contrast to huge glass regions and selected furnishings. Furniture and lighting are a mixture of timeless pieces from the previous and the modern layout.”
