The Layout Guild Mark rewards excellence in British volume production. Now in it’s sixth 12 months the mark represents a key accolade for British Designers functioning at house or abroad.
The judges for this year’s award included Sebastian Conran of Sebastian Conran Associates Barbara Chandler of the Evening Regular Nick Hill from Marks & Spencer and Malaika Byng from Wallpaper*.

Sebastian Conran says: “The Design and style Guild Mark is a single of the few competitions that I know exactly where the designers of the pieces have the opportunity to explain their styles in person to the judges.
“Apart from generating the judging approach all the much more fascinating it offers the judges a beneficial insight into all facets of the entries, and guarantees that the judging process is particularly thorough and honest.”

Designers that won awards the Layout Guild Mark integrated some really extraordinary names like Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby, Samuel Chan, James Irvine and Steuart Padwick.
Some of the winning awards will be be proven during the London Design Festival at 100% Layout in Earl’s Court.
