Chocolate Bark with Dried Fruit

One of the methods we celebrate the vacation of Tu B’Shevat is by eating fruit, especially the types that the Torah mentions: grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, wheat and dates. Despite the fact that they taste delightful on their very own, I decided to sprinkle some of these onto melted chocolate to generate chocolate bark.

Here is what I used to generate my bark…

It really is really simple to make…

Location the chocolate in a double boiler just till it melts. (I used parve chocolate chips.) Pour melted chocolate onto parchment paper and smooth onto a cookie sheet. Whilst the chocolate is still melted, sprinkle with the sliced almonds, raisins, pretzels, figs and pomegranate seeds. Let it sit at room temperature till it hardens.

Bundle in clear cellophane bags to give to buddies or get pleasure from it your self!
